Does the BRIK come with a JUUL vaporizer or pods?
No, but the BRIK does come with an included Micro USB cable to re-charge.

What does it mean when the LED indicator on my BRIK is green/orange/red?
The LED light on your BRIK indicates the remaining battery charge available. A green light indicates 3 complete JUUL vaporizer charges remain, the orange light indicates 2 complete JUUL vaporizer charges remain, and the red light indicates 1 complete JUUL vaporizer charge remains.

How I get my JUUL out of the BRIK if a pod is not attached?
We reccomend inserting a pod for easy removal. If you don’t have a pod on you, turn the BRIK upside down and shake it with force. Your JUUL vaporizer will fall out.

Will my JUUL with a skin fit inside the BRIK portable charger?
A JUUL with a skin or wrap will not fit inside the BRIK.

My BRIK no longer charges my JUUL vaporizer.
Either the JUUL vaporizer contacts or the contacts on the BRIK are dirty. Using a q-tip with a small amount of isopropyl alcohol, clean the bottom of the JUUL vaporizer per the manufactuer’s recommended instructions. Reach the q-tip down into the BRIK and clean the two contacts at the bottom of the chamber.

Can I use the JUUL vaporizer while it is charging inside the BRIK?
A safety feature has been implemented into both the JUUL vaporizer and the BRIK portable charger that will not allow you to use the JUUL vaporizer while it is charging.

What shipping options do you offer?

We offer shipping via a variety of carriers. These may include, dependent on your locale, UPS, FedEx and the United States Postal Service.  Please note that orders shipped by our expedited shipping options are only delivered Monday through Friday.


Do you ship Internationally?

Yes we do! Purchases sent to addresses outside the United States may be assessed local taxes, duties, etc. upon arrival. The shipping firm that delivers the package may likewise impose additional brokerage fees or other surcharges as part of the customs and tax process.

Returns and Exchanges

Can I request a refund/cancel my order after I have purchased my BRIK?
If your BRIK has not been shipped out by the time you have contacted us, we will refund you in full and cancel your order.

Can I return my BRIK after recieiving it?
We do not accept returns after your order has been shipped out.

Does the BRIK have a warranty?
Yes, we offer a lifetime warranty for the BRIK portable charger. If your BRIK becomes defective after normal use, we will replace your BRIK free of charge!
